Who do you ship with?
ShopBroadline uses FedEx for all shipments (excluding TV's) of less than 150 lbs. and ground freight services for shipments above 150 lbs. Commercial orders of more than $2000 qualify for free shipping (48 contiguous states only). Free shipping orders may be shipped via FedEx or ground freight at ShopBroadline’s discretion.
Items marked "Free Shipping" are shipped for Free, regardless of business, weight or monetary requirements.
Free shipping applies to orders being shipped to a commercial address with a shipping dock. Any order over 350 lbs. will be charged an additional $50 if shipped to a business without a loading dock and $150 if shipped to a residential addres.
*Free shipping has applicalble restrictions concerning weight, dims, and proximity to Freight Carrier Regional Distribution Hub. Typically, If an order is beyond 50 miles from a major city Airport and / or requires WHITE GOLVE service, there will be an additional cost charged as a "Beyond". Customer must agree to the charge before the product ships, or just agree to cancel the order.
*TV orders that are shipping West of the Mississippi (approximately), will tipycally require a $75.00 handilng charge to cover Fuel and other mandatory charges by carrier.
When does my product ship?
Orders placed by 2pm EST will usually be processed and shipped the same day. To ensure both parties security, all orders are subject to a 24-48 hour processing time in order to verify funds, customer addresses and identities. All orders are run through a fraud detection system to prevent identity theft.
